| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Phone consultation 5/13/10 with Randy regarding positive sample on 5/12/10. Mr. koziol contacted me and he stated the sample was taken by a new employee of his and he did cough during the draw. He planned to take four repeat samples on 5/14/10. If those looked good he would take five routine samples in June. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples now and if those look good take five routine samples in June. | ||
