| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Contacted Matthew by phone 5/26/10 about results dated 4/29/10. Mr. Moore stated there was a break in a water line from their fire suppression pond that connects to distribution that was noticed and fixed a couple weeks ago. He believes the line could have been broken for many months leading to the constant coliform positive results. The line has been repaired and he will take 5 routine samples in May. I explained that these were 5 routine samples and not repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine coliform samples in May | ||
