| Details: | SUMMARY: Corrosion Control for lead exceedance DETAILS: I received the corrosion control Letter of Recommendation from Jeff Houchin with CH2MHill-OMI for the City of Monroes lead exceedance. They plan to switch from caustic soda to soda ash. I wrote Jeff a letter explaining that the soda ash must be installed within 24 months (but preferably sooner) and asked him to notify me once its installed. They hope to have it installed and the first round of samples collected by the end of the year. ACTION NEEDED: Contact Fred Kalish to find out if Plan Review is needed, install soda ash, and notify me when its installed. | ||
