| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive sample DETAILS: The system had not been inspected since 1987 - so I stopped by there to take a look at the system and collect the four repeat samples. The pitless adapter had been damaged and was a definite possibility for the positive sample. ACTION NEEDED: System to fix pitless adapter - have 120 days to do so. Wait for results of 4 repeats for further action. | ||
