| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform follow up DETAILS: 3 of 5 temporary routine coliform positive 6/23. Called operator Nate and he thinks it may be a recurring issue related to a leaky blow off valve and/or a rodent recently found in a valve. He will work on fixing and chlorinating. ACTION NEEDED: Correct problem, chlorinate, flush and take verification samples. These could be as or in addition to 5 temporary routines in July. Distribute public notice within 30 days as this is an MCL violation. | ||
