Details:	SUMMARY: Well Inspection, Do Not Drink Order Lifted DETAILS: Met on site with the manager and Scott White, Water Resources Dept well inspector. Inspected all three well vaults on the property. Well 1 still contained several inches of water, needs to be pumped dry, cleaned, and status of drain and possible connection to storm water catch basin determined. Dried material in the vault comprised of black fine silty material with some amount of oil - possibly from runoff from parking lot. Well 2 vault was dry with floor drain present. Unable to locate drain outlet. Well 3 vault had small amount of water and mud from infiltration around manhole cover. Floor drain was present but partly clogged. Unable to locate drain outlet in nearby swale. Four coliform samples were collected June 29 and run through Agri-Check Lab in Umatilla. All four samples tested absent for coliform bacteria, and the Do Not Drink order was lifted based on those results and consultation with Brian Hawkins with Ag Dept. Inspected sample taps used in the facility. Recommended no longer collecting samples from the Coffee Bar as it is not a good tap. System is running off well 2 only at this time. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect five routine samples in first full week of July, install new raw water sample taps for wells 1 and 2, clean out vaults at wells 1 and 3, replace gaskets for manhole lids at all three wells. Well 1 will need to be reinspected.
