| Details: | SUMMARY: Tier 1 - Boil Water Notice DETAILS: They began boiling Friday (6.25.10) after a raft of TC+s and one positive E. coli. The properly-constructed, untreated well feeds just two pressure-tanks (2009). No one can find a likely source of the E. coli. They have shocked the well multiple times. ACTION NEEDED: WS wants to sample more next week, despite it not being required at this point. Check all cross-connections hazards. Evaluate whether pipe is undersized anywhere. Treat well.
