| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting arsenic DETAILS: Left message for Jim Plummer 541-776-9987 informing him a violation was assessed for not submitting arsenic and that he should get a second quarter sample in ASAP. Also, I said if the result is below the MCL for arsenic, then arsenic monitoring schedule can be changed to every 3 years, for at least 3 rounds. Jim called and said that Norm Shaw will collect sample on Monday. 5/10/10- Two arsenic samples were collected, one at each well, however neither was a blended entry point sample. 6/24/10 An entry point arsenic sample was collected on June 10, 2010 and tested at 0.00653 mg/L per Neilson Research. ACTION NEEDED: State to change monitoring schedule to every 3 years. | ||
