| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil Water Notice DETAILS: I called Mary to notify her that the two samples collected on June 30 were positive for coliform bacteria, one for E. coli. I directed Mary to immediately issue a boil-water notice to all the residents at the park, and collect repeat samples in distribution and at the source. We also discussed that the system is collecting 2 routine samples every quarter rather than one as is required by regulation. ACTION NEEDED: Await repeat sampling results and a copy of the boil water notice. | ||
