System is under a bilateral compliance agreement to install membrane filtration with ACH coagulation for improved DBP precursor removal. Plans were reviewed and granted approval to proceed with construction on 12-23-09. System completed issued public notice 1st quarter 2010 for TTHM RAA MCL. ACTION NEEDED: System to proceed with membrane installation and continue to issue quarterly public notice as long as the DBP running annual average results exceed the MCL. | ||
