| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 6/22/10 Called, no answer. 6/23/10 Site visit but no operator present. I explained that more sample need to be taken within 24 hours of notification of positive to the adult present and the minor children, managers were out of town. I left my card and call back info with them. 6/24/10 Received a call back from Allison. I explained the test results indicated coliform bacteria and that repeat sample needed to be taken. She was under the impression that the samples did not have to be taken until next week. I let her know the appropriate time line. I also explained that next month 5 routine samples would be required. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples to be taken immediately and 5 routine samples taken in July of 2010 | ||
