| Details: | SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: This facility was closed from December 2009 until June 2010. They did not take a routine coliform sample while closed. They did not inform our office of the closure however, our department noted on several occasions that the facility was not in operation. ACTION NEEDED: New operators of the facility are aware of the coliform and nitrate monitoring that is required. They will take samples as required. | ||
