| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Tammy from Neilson Research and they contract to collect samples. Tammy asked about repeat sampling requirements. I informed her that, assuming it is an unchlorinated system 3 from the distribution and one from the source. If chlorinated four from the distribution and one from the source. 6/1/10 Spoke with Kim at Neilson regarding the repeat samples, apparently there was a mix up at Neilson and their sample collector was not aware that repeats were required, therefore they were not collected.
