| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: A source sample collected 5/27/10 positive for coliform I tried calling the operator, Jack but his phone number is disconnected. I spoke with Charleen Trimmer 541-889-7571, wife of Lyle Trimmer, who is collecting samples for this system and informed her that Jacks number is disconnected and she told me they are working on getting a new water system operator. I told her no action other than collecting next months source sample is required as a follow up to the 5/27/10 positive source sample. ACTION NEEDED: A source sample SRC-AA, needs to be collected in June 2010 | ||
