| Details: | SUMMARY: Enforcement action tracking follow up DETAILS: Arsenic treatment plant working properly after addition of final polishing filter. Sample from 11/23/09 was 0.0068 mg/l. Sample from 2nd quarter 2010 is at 0.003 mg/l. I made an onsite visit to Tx plant on 6/18/10. All requirements have been met and returned to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly monitoring for arsenic. | ||
