| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert 6/12/10, spoke with Allan morning of 6/12. He indicated the test was a special test taken at well head#1, source water, ordered by Chuck Michaels. Allan took the usual procedure of isolating the well and shocking chlorinating it before bringing it back on line. Subsequent follow up conversations between Allan and Chuck indicated that no additional repeat samples were necessary. I confirmed this with Allan in a second conversation on 6/24/10 ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
