| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: I spoke with Pat over the phone and she mentioned the well had been disinfected and the residents notified and that a repeat sample was taken. I notified her of the repeat monitoring requirements and she asked me to mail a copy of the requirements to her and she would see that they were net. I mailed the information 6/1/10. We also talked about sampling technique. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat monitoring. | ||
