| Details: | SUMMARY: total coliform alert DETAILS: Spoke with Wayne today regarding recent alert for total coliform in three repeat samples taken 7/6/10. I sent him a public notice template as well as health effects info that includes shcok chlorinating the well. He said he will post the public notice and shock the well asap. I also mentioned waiting 4-5 days after flushing the chlorinated water out of the lines to sample again to remove the public notice. ACTION NEEDED: post tier 2 public notice, corrective action will be shock chlorinating the well. | ||
