| Details: | SUMMARY: Well Evaluation DETAILS: From Well Evaluation: Well draws water from a deep confined layered basalt aquifer. There does not appear to be any septic/sewer within 100 feet of the well. Based on topographic maps and GIS layers, there is no identifiable surface water within 500 ft of the well. ACTION NEEDED: conditionally approve PR 55-2003 consider total coliform treatment if problems persist. |
