Details:	SUMMARY: Technical Assistance for DBP MCL Exceedance DETAILS: System has exceeded DBP RAA MCL and the requested HBH assistance. I met with Amy Parmenter to discuss recommendations and action plan to address DBP MCL issue. PWS has recently switched coagulants to ACH to see if TOC levels in finished water are lowered. The City will be issued a BAC by DWP in the near future to return to compliance. OMI has recently reduced chlorine dosage to lower chlorine contact time level with water in the system in hopes of reducing DBP formation. ACTION NEEDED: Develop action plan for reducing DBP Levels and contact CH2M Hill-OMI with proposal. Request time extension.
