| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBPR IDSE Report Assistance DETAILS: System requested HBH assistance for preparation of the IDSE Report for Standard Monitoring for Stage 2 DBPR. The report is due 6/30/10. I visited with Ned and reviewed the requirements for Stage 2 DBPR and future monitoring beginning in 2013. I reviewed the EDSE sampling results collected during 2008/2009 to make sure they were complete so I could prepare the report at a later date. ACTION NEEDED: Evaluate data and complete report and send to system and DWP. | ||
