| Details: | SUMMARY: Source characterization and SWTR requirements DETAILS: Monty said the source of their water is an intake in a spring-fed creek just on the north side of the Coos River, which gravity flows to a reservoir, from which it gravity flows to the water system. There is no treatment. The residents purchase bottled water and use the distribution water for washing, flushing, and irrigation. The system does not understand the need for treatment. ACTION NEEDED: Send letter explaining the requirements for surface water sources. | ||
