Details:	SUMMARY: Tier 1 Boil Notice DETAILS: System is a purchaser of USFS Eagle Ck CG (ID#92611). I spoke to Mark at 9am today about to follow up after 2 of the 4 required repeats taken on 7/14 came back e.coli positive on 7/15 at 5pm - Alert ID Coli 7910. This was after 7/12 total coliform positive routine. USFS notified on 7/13 after Routine TC+ results received. Triggered source sample taken 7/15 at Cground spring-source for hatchery-was coliform absent. Acute MCL with Tier 1 boil notice required. Mark shut off water at hose bib connection for visitor use, notified hatchery crew and 3 residences on 7/15 in evening of boil notice. Mark distributed tier 1 notice to residences and placed in work space on 7/16. Bottled drinking water already served to crew, will be provided to residents also beginning today. System reviewing with DWP options to disinfect hatchery distribution pipelines. ACTION NEEDED: ODF/WL to propose with DWP assistance disinfection procedures for distribution system. System to remain on boil notice until corrective action completed and follow up confirmation samples are coliform absent. System to coordinate efforts with campground and notify hatchery users appropriately. System to take five temporary routines in August.
