| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to 5 repeat coliforms DETAILS: Site visit 7/9/10 Spoke with several residents and they are using bottled water. Spoke with manager, Kristi Edwards, whos husband just got back from brain surgery. Holly Skogley and I recommended she notify her husbands doctor about the water to see if any further precautions should be taken, showering etc.) I used chlorine test kit at the well head to make sure all of the chlorine had been flushed out of the system and I got 0.0mg/l. The chlorinator was still being worked on and I got 0.0mg/l in distribution. We asked manager to also post the free standing spigot with a boil notice. Spoke to Amy parmenter 7/12 and we agreed that we would make them keep the boil notice up until their 5 routines this month then reevaluate. I will take a raw water sample next week.
