| Details: | SUMMARY: Customer complaint regarding service and responsiveness DETAILS: I received a call from a customer of the Lyons-Mehama water district who is concerned about the apparent lack of accountability or response following several monitoring violations at the district. The customer is also concerned about the lack of transparency in board meetings and the business of the water district. ACTION NEEDED: Lyons-Mehama needs to monitor for arsenic, nitrate, and volatile organic chemicals this year. | ||
