| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation card and samples DETAILS: Violation card was passed on to Charley who normally does the sampling. He missed repeat samples needed for May. He agreed to take a routine sample tomorrow and get back on schedule to satisfy the lessor. I reviewed his sample procedure and locations and we discussed the need to complete a repair to the main line installation done last year that has an apparent leak somewhere upstream from the shop. ACTION NEEDED: Observe results and schedule a survey of the system. | ||
