| Details: | SUMMARY: Posotive coliform, survey DETAILS: I rode to the system with Terry Ritner of the Prairie City District Office. Public notice has been poster 6/7/10 and system had been shut down and locked out. A severe storm with excessive runoff had occurred during prior 3 days. The spring box construction was not up to par and the surface diversion failed. The plan is to shock chlorinate the system, retest and then allow access if tests show negative results. I did a survey which will require some reconstruct of the box and possibly the collection area. Terry indicated they may go ahead and have a new well drilled ASAP ACTION NEEDED: Stay in contact | ||
