| Details: | SUMMARY: TC MCL Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Con called. The July 14 sample marked 808 California St. was from the wells raw sample tap, but shows up online as a distribution sample. That result from the well was TC present. The well and reservoir were chlorinated and the system was flushed, and no residual remains in the system. I advised Con to collect another sample this week at the source and mark it as a triggered source sample to satisfy the GW Rule requirement for SDWIS in lieu of changing the July 14 source sample. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to continue with follow up sampling, collect five routine samples in August. | ||
