Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Received alert 7/7/10 reviewed situation and sent system a letter indicating a revised schedule for nitrate monitoring due to the latest test result being above 50% of the MCL. Will follow up with system in a few days with phone call to review the letter and provide additional assistance as necessary. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to begin quarterly testing for nitrate for a period of one year during the 4th quarter 2010
