| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert 6/30/10 spoke with Bill and he will have Joe submit 4 repeat samples to lab today and will take 5 additional routine samples in August 2010. Bill expressed some concern over sampling technique and I mentioned I would come out and meet with Joe and observe and/or train on proper sampling technique. Spoke with Joe 7/6/10 and he already submitted 4 repeats and he seemed to be aware of his previous sampling error in the past. We will await the result of the 4 repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Five additional samples in August 2010. Additional action may be required depending on the results of the four repeat samples. | ||
