| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to routine total coliform positive DETAILS: Micah and I spoke about the original total coliform positive routine on 7/15. System followed with four repeats on 7/16 that came back absent. Also took a triggered source sample at well #2 (only operational well) under the GW Rule. No other GW sources. Sample came back total coliform present, e.coli absent. Micah indicated that system is doing some rehabilitation work on well #2 for production issues, and this may have resulted in total positive. System already provides continuous disinfection for well #2 with verified 4-log contact time in December 2009 survey, but is not doing GWR compliance monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: System to take 5 temporary routines in August. System to continue to rehabilitate well #2 and take coliform samples at well. | ||
