Chlorine residual of 1.4 mg/L maintained and CT of 4-log met. Discussed thoroughly inspecting spring collection area, in addition to inspecting and cleaning out collection box to find source of contamination. Public notice information provided. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up with county/operator.
