Details:	SUMMARY: Alert- ecoli in source sample DETAILS: Spoke with Sam today regarding an assessment sample that came back fecal positive at the well. He is intending to collect 5 repeat confirmation samples from the well and deliver to the lab tomorrow morning. We discussed GWR implications if one of the 5 samples confirms fecal positive source, we did a rough CT calculation including his 3,000 gallon tank and transmission line. Discussed possible reasons why the well would be fecally contaminated. We will know more when these results come back. ACTION NEEDED: collect 5 repeat confrimation samples from the well asap.
