| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator in regards to the latest repeat samples where two of four came back E. coli positive. The owner is aware that a level 2 investigation must be conducted. An appointment was made for this purpose. The owner is aware that the facility is under boil water notice and the owner explained that all fixtures connected to the system were no longer accessible and that bottle water was being used for consumption. | ||
