| Details: | SUMMARY: e-coli positive source assessment sample DETAILS: Sherri Miyazaki with Box R Water Analysis lab in Prineville called to report that the City of Condon had detected e-coli well #4 when they completed their last monthly source assessment monitoring on 8-4-10 under the Groundwater Rule. I told her that they need to take 5 confirmation coliform samples from the source that had the e-coli positive sample within 24 hours. ACTION NEEDED: System to complete confirmation sampling according to the Groundwater Rule and keep DWP apprised of the results. | ||
