| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBPR IDSE Report Assistance DETAILS: System requested HBH for preparation of the IDSE Report for Standard Monitoring for Stage 2 DBPR. The report is due 6/30/10. I visited Don and reviewed the requirements for Stage 2 DBPR and future sampling beginning in 2013. I obtained and briefly reviewed all the IDSE results to complete the report. ACTION NEEDED: Evaluate data and complete report and sent to system and DWP. | ||
