Details:	SUMMARY: Compliance with SWTR DETAILS: System operates two different systems, Boulder Creek and Bear Creek. Bear Creek has 53 connections and is composed of an infiltration gallery and a reservoir. Raw water is chlorinated and distributed throughout the system. HBH was contacted by the DWP when it was notified that the water system had emergency supply issues. Subsequently the owner at the time, Mrs Walters asked for assistance with possible water treatment solutions that meet EPA and DWP requirements. HBH previously visited water system to inspect the existing conditions and provide assistance with writing Letter of Interest (LOI) for the SDWRLF. Since that time, ownership has reverted back to Bette Carter. HBH was contacted by Mr Carters daughter for assistance with following up on funding request. The water system is currently under order to comply with the SWTR. I met on site with Ms Carter and Ms Doege regarding the possibility of obtaining financing assistance for the required improvements. I described the process that the water system must follow to obtain funding and also reviewed the process for gaining plan review approval from DWP. I subsequently met with Quality Water Systems who was proposing solutions to meet the compliance requirements. I corresponded with DWP Staff regarding issues facing the system. ACTION NEEDED: Provide continued assistance as requested by the system and DWP.
