| Details: | SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The City owns and operates a surface water system that provides water to 4,200 people through 1,800 connections. Water from Rink Creek and the Coquille River is treated by a convention water treatment plant prior to disinfection with sodium Hypochlorite. HBH was contacted by DWP to provide assistance with a contact tracer study to determine the amount of contact time in the reservoirs before the first user. Complicating this study is the determination of the actual first user as water leaving the treatment plant flows to four different locations. I performed tracer testing data collection. Data collection required two attempts as the filters were not able to produce required amount during the first test. ACTION NEEDED: Complete Contact Tracer Report. | ||
