Details: SUMMARY: DBP violation, reporting DETAILS: Dick called about the reporting violation and whether the system needs to provide Tier 2 public notice. This is triggered by the running annual average being over the MCL. Since the problem has been addressed by City of Coquille discontinuing pre-chlorination, there is no health threat and public notification would be pointless. Quarterly monitoring is still required, and public notification should be included in the next Consumer Confidence Report. ACTION NEEDED: Assure quarterly monitoring continues, and check next CCR for data.
