Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform posotive for sample date 07-09-10 DETAILS: Tom called me on 7-13-10 to let me know that he will be taking the 4 repeats ASAP. I reminded him to take one source sample at the well head and the rest in the distribution system. He indicated that he felt it was his own sampling error that caused the bad sample. I reminded him t take 5 routines for the month of August. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling and respond if necessary.
