| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 07-09-10 DETAILS: Tom Ouellette called this office to let me know that the plan was to keep the handle off of the hand pump for the rest of the season. During the off season the plan is to upgrade/repair the hand pump t eliminate the recurring coliform positive sampling. Tom will contact me with any updates as to the status of the system. ACTION NEEDED: Send in a de-activation form to DHS-DWP for the rest of the season and re-activate next year when repairs have been made. | ||
