| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT: COLI7839 coliforms found present in 07-01-10 sample DETAILS: Multiple phone messages passed back and forth w/Jeff Dixon including on 7/15/10 when Jeff stated repeats have been taken. Follow-up message left for Jeff on 7/22/10 stated: 1. UV disinfection required that a source sample was also required marked as triggered and assessment. The lab assigned # from the 7/1/10 sample must be noted on this sample and that the source was the well. 2. 5 temporary routine samples required in August. 3. Must get back to me re: whether owner was continuing to operate 2 public water systems with parallel sampling required from each system or if the 2 sources had been re-combined with one entry point as it was several years ago. ACTION NEEDED: Take a source sample marked triggered and assessment but months end. Draw 5 temporary routines in August. Verify status of the count of water systems on property to be one or two? | ||
