Details: SUMMARY: ALERT: TC Positive DETAILS: I contacted Micah Olson (temporary operator) by phone and informed him of the alert. I reminded him to do the 4 repeats right away and 5 temporary routines the following month. He thinks there was regrowth from previous issue with flooded casing. They plan to propose a solution soon. ACTION NEEDED: Awaiting proposal.
