Details: SUMMARY: VIOLATION: Failure to report Coliform test results 1st quarter 2010. DETAILS: I informed Dan Hall of the violation. He thought the lab sent the results. He will check with lab and have the test result sent to state WDP. I also informed him of the public notice requirement. He will send in to the state DWP and post on site. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for lab results.
