| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert IS: COLI7698---One of our four repeat samples collected on 6/3/10 tested positive for positive coliform DETAILS: 06/08/10---I spoke with Shirley Van Leuven today regarding the positive repeat sample. She is out of townm and referred me to Norm (541-560-1144) who is in charge of the water system at this time. I called Norm and left a message asking got a return call. 06/09/10---Norm called and informed me that he chlorinated (2 gallons mixed in water then poured down well) as per instructions from the Circuit Rider. We discussed waiting until the chlorine is flushed from the system and taking a "special "sample as well as the required five temporary routines in the month of July. I e-mailed him a link to a chlorine test kit. 07/02/10---Five temporary routines are due in July. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines are due in July (see note above). | ||
