| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT ID: CHEM 4222 ---The arsenic sample collection on 07-02-10 tested above MCL for arsenic. The Running Annual Average (RAA) also exceeds the MCL. DETAILS: 07-20-10---I spoke with and wrote a letter to Shirley Van Leuven informing her that the RAA exceeds the MCL and that corrective action is needed. ACTION NEEDED: Evergreen Meadows must take corrective action: treatment, purchase water, drill a new well, etc. | ||
