| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation 2461510 was assessed for failing to submit a coliform sample in May 2010. DETAILS: 06-18-10---Violation 2641510 was assessed for failing to submit a coliform sample in May 2010. Gene Woods telephone number is no longer in service. I mailed a letter to the water system owner requesting that he contact me. 07-07-10---The letter I sent to the water system owner was returned: I drove out to Western Carriage Estates and met Gene Wood and received updated contact information. The updated telephone number has now been entered into SDWIS. Gene and I discussed the missed sample: he was severely ill. A coliform sample was collected on June 23, 2010. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed. | ||
