| Details: | SUMMARY: A sample collected on 05-21-10 tested above the MCL for arsenic and antimony. DETAILS: 05-14-10---Samples collected and tested above the MCL for arsenic and antimony. 05-21-10---Additional samples collected with similar results. 05-21-10---Chuck Michael sent an e-mail informing of the upcoming Alert which was issued today. 06-01-10---I asked Daniel Hough (DWP) about whether or not, given that this is a TNC system, there is any required corrective action on the part of the system operator. 07-02-10---Daniel informed me that there is no required action though the DWP recommends that a notice be posted. I relayed this information to Chuck Coleman of the USFS. 07-05-10---Chuck e-mailed me a copy of the posting he will have posted on 07-05-10.
