Details: SUMMARY: Coliform sampling requirement DETAILS: Left voice mail with Mr. McCaughern that distribution sampling requirements have not changed since connecting to Sweet Homes water supply. Monthly sampling for coliform must continue. I left my phone number with a request for him to call back. I also noted if lack of sampling continues, an Administrative Order may be drawn up. ACTION NEEDED: none
