| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT COLI:7672---Five temporary routine samples collected on 5-28-10 tested psitive for total coliform. DETAILS: 06-01-10---Five routine samples collected on 05-28-10 (four from the distribution system and one from the source) tested positive for total coliform. I spoke with Mary Jacks today and described the repeat sampling requirements. She mentioned the system is chlorinated (SDWIS does not indicate chlorine treatment) and I sent her a link to obtain a chlorine test kit as well as a guideline sheet on how to collect a water sample. 06-03-10---Four repeat samples were collected on 06-03-10 and tested absent for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be collected in June. | ||
